Have emergency therapeutic aid when you've got any of these symptoms of an hypersensitive response to Adipex: inflammation; trouble breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Call your doctor straight away whenever you have a serious side effect such as:

  • feeling short of inhale, even with mild exertion;
  • chest pain, feeling like you might pass out;
  • swelling in your ankles or feet;
  • hammering heartbeats or fluttering in your chest;
  • bewilderment or irritability, unusual ideas or actions;
  • emotions of excessive happiness or grief;
  • hypertension (serious headache, unclear vision, buzzing in your ears, anxiety, bewilderment, chest pain, lack of air, irregular heartbeats, seizure).

Less severe Adipex negative effects may include:

  • feeling impatient or energetic;
  • headache, giddiness, tremors;
  • sleep problems (insomnia);
  • waterless mouth or an unpleasant flavor in your mouth;
  • diarrhea or bowel problems, upset stomach;
  • enlarged or reduced interest in sexual activity, impotence.

This is not a complete record of negative effects and some others can take place. Call your health care provider for medical guidance about uncomfortable side effects.
